Anxiety stems from our instinctive fight or flight response which is activated when the brain produces cortisol and adrenaline in to the bloodstream.

Hypnotherapy can help to pin point where the trigger first manifested & can in turn help to heal the initial trigger.
Fears & Phobias

Did you know that the only two fears we were born with are the fear of loud noises and the fear falling, all other fears are that of learnt behaviour, which is great news for anyone suffering with a fear or phobia, because through the use of hypnosis we can help you to overcome whatever it is affecting you.

The only prerequisite for this is that you really do want to rid yourself of the fear or phobia. If you're not ready to let go then the hypnosis won't be as effective as it could be.

Sometimes we have something called a secondary gain from holding onto the fear or phobia & this will hold you back from moving forward.
